PCV Strategy Roundtable sessions are a unique part of the PCV Business Advising program, offered to members to supplement traditional one-on-one advising. Program staff creates a customized panel of about seven expert advisors, hand-selected specifically to deal with the obstacles and opportunities the participating small business is facing. These sessions offer small business owners access to an unofficial Board of Advisors, to whom they present their business’ background and are then able to ask any questions that they may have. These two-hour facilitated discussions allow entrepreneurs to pick the brains of industry professionals, get their toughest questions answered and brainstorm everything from marketing initiatives to ways to save money in the manufacturing process.
If you are interested in participating in a Strategy Roundtable session, you can reach out directly to Kendra Ott, Associate Director of PCV Business Advising, at kott@pcvmail.org. Click here for more information regarding these sessions.
