Pacific Community Management has successfully sold their stake in Evergreen Lodge to Meyer Family Enterprises, a socially-minded investor and client of Imprint Capital. Over the course of a decade, Evergreen’s management team has transformed the lodge from a mom-and-pop seasonal motel to a year-round, full-service premier destination resort. Management has also implemented an outstanding internship program for at-risk Bay Area youth as well as cutting edge energy and environmental conservation practices.
Since PCM’s investment in 2003, the company has increased its revenues by 18 times and its staff has grown by five times. As a precaution, Evergreen Lodge’s guests and staff have been temporarily evacuated as a result of the Yosemite Rim Fire. Fortunately, the property appears to be out of harm’s way.
PCM Update:
Ariel Jaduszliwer has been promoted from Associte to Vice President at Pacific Community Mangement.
