We’d like to introduce our latest SAIL borrower, Tokyomoto, on their $80,000 loan!
Tokyomoto was born in 2011 out of Nansee Kim Parker’s vision of a motorcycle shop that treated customers with respect regardless of their skill level or their gender. Since then, the company built a loyal following among Bay Area motorcycle riders due to their transparent and honest business practices. Tokyomoto’s customer-centered approach has paid off – the company boasts all five star Yelp reviews and was named the Best Motorcycle Shop on Bay Area’s 2013 A-list!
Aside from conducting repairs and handling routine bike maintenance, the company sells riding gear, parts, used bikes and scooters and artwork by famed artist, RichLeeDraws. The SAIL loan will allow them to become the exclusive San Francisco retailer of Cleveland Cyclewerks, a well-known domestic motorcycle brand.
