With almost 30 years of experience in the secured financing industry, Marshall’s passion is helping growing companies with non-dilutive, asset-backed financing solutions. These companies typically lack access to capital for reasons including a short time in business, hyper-growth sales, customer concentrations, weak cash flow, or highly-leveraged balance sheets. Companies who benefit from Marshall’s advice usually have around $500,000 in revenues and may have B2B accounts receivable, inventory, purchase orders, or equipment that can be offered to a lender as collateral for repayment of a loan.
Marshall earned an M.B.A from the University of Southern California, a B.A. from Memphis State University, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. He is a member of Christie & Co’s “Gang of Good” , a hiker and a backyard gardener. He’s also a dedicated volunteer advisor on BusinessAdvising.org.
