Kara Norris

In her role as the Business Advising Senior Associate, UX & Marketing Communications, Kara specializes in crafting, designing, and executing programs tailored to support the journey of our small business owners toward success. Committed to the creation of captivating and user-friendly encounters, Kara consistently seeks avenues to boost engagement and enhance the overall user experience.

Before becoming a part of PCV, Kara served in county government, where she assisted the underserved by leveraging government resources to enhance their daily quality of life. Beyond her government service, she actively engaged in volunteer work with various nonprofit organizations, focusing on empowering at-risk youth. Kara earned her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Akron and her Bachelor’s in Public Policy and History from Syracuse University. Outside of her professional endeavors, she finds joy in leisurely walks with her husband, two daughters, and son. Additionally, she enjoys reading, undertaking organizational projects, and volunteering at church in her spare time.
