Sauvie Island Coffee Company is a small cafe & roastery located just outside of Portland Oregon. We began roasting in small batches in 2007 out of our garage on Sauvie Island. In 2016 we moved to a retail location, allowing us to serve our coffee by the cup and sell our small batch-roasted coffees from around the world. For the holidays we just released our Snowbird Blend! This coffee is very well balanced, medium bodied, and naturally slightly sweet, echoing the sugary treats that brighten up the winter months. Look for notes of chocolate, orange peel and sugarplum.
