Ashley Rajavadee

Ashley Rajavadee (she/her) is a Senior Data Analyst at Pacific Community Ventures. In her role, she manages the data infrastructure and data flow of all departments with the goal of optimizing PCV’s impact. She works closely with teams across PCV to connect them with their data and bring forward new insights to help lead the organization to evidence-based, data-driven actions. She loves blending creativity into her analytical work, whether it be through dashboard design or product innovation.

Ashley graduated from The Ohio State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences and completed her Master of Science in Data Analytics from Franklin University. She has a career background in Healthcare and Public Health. She is passionate about utilizing data for social impact and community development. She was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and is a proud daughter of Southeast Asian refugees. In her personal time, she enjoys hanging out in coffee shops, going on nature walks, ballet dancing, and drawing.
