Interschola creates a secondary market for assets sitting idly in school and public agency warehouses. By helping institutions sell surplus assets, Interschola is creating a network of buyers and sellers to generate cash from these otherwise unused goods and partners with schools to return money to education and public communities. Interschola was number two on Bloomberg Businessweek’s Roundup of 2012’s Most Promising Social Entrepreneurs and was featured on the 2012 Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America. In 2012, Interschola converted almost a dozen contract workers to full-time employees.
