#GivingTuesday 2015 is happening on December 1st— and we want to get you involved!
We have a day for giving thanks. We have Small Business Saturday for shopping local. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, December 1, 2015, charities, individuals, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
It’s a simple idea. Just find a way for your family, your community, your company or your organization to come together to give something more. Then tell everyone you can about how you are giving. Join us and be a part of a global celebration of a new tradition of generosity.

The Great Recession destroyed almost 3 million jobs at small businesses, and devastated America’s working people and low-income communities. Pacific Community Ventures has fueled the recovery since the end of the Recession five years ago. We’ve created thousands of jobs for working people in underserved communities, and empowered hundreds of companies across the country.
At the same time, we know that fostering one small business at a time isn’t enough to combat economic inequality. That’s why we’ve also worked at a national and international level with policymakers and investors to build impact investing markets and drive more private capital toward social good and underserved communities.
