Urban Picnic

Urban Picnic, a fast casual eatery serving California Vietnamese fare, was referred to Pacific Community Ventures by a fellow entrepreneur in the program. After five years of successful operation, Urban Picnic was interested in creating a revised strategic plan that would pave the way for additional growth. Pacific Community Ventures matched Urban Picnic with advisors from various backgrounds to help with the business plan. Since last year, Urban Picnic has seen a job growth rate of 25% and has a strategic plan that will help them grow even more this year!
