Michelle Perdue
“I have made more income in my business this year than any other year and I truly believe that Kelsea’s support and guidance have made this possible.”
Using her past experiences as an Army Reserve veteran, cancer survivor, and performing artist, Michelle Perdue captivates her audiences as a keynote speaker and coach. Michelle has cultivated a voice that speaks to a broad audience–whether they are lacking the tools and resources needed to overcome day-to-day stressors, manage organizational change or create and implement a Wellness Action Plan to support their overall health and well-being–she has demonstrated she can make a difference.
Michelle came to Pacific Community Ventures(PCV) in 2018 because she saw the services provided as an opportunity to support her professional development and business goals. Shortly after commencing work with PCV, she realized that the relationship would be more than what it appeared on the surface. Regarding her onboarding interview, she stated “I remember Daniel Wada asking me thorough questions to ensure that my needs would be met. It was then I knew that although PCV offered pro bono advising, they were invested in my business growth and genuinely cared about making a difference and I am pleased to say, that is exactly what they did.”
In 2021, Michelle began working with Kelsea Little to improve her marketing, branding and content creation. She has assisted Michelle with problem-solving and has offered to edit her marketing materials to further engage potential clients while making a bigger impact. When asked for a specific example of Kelsea’s support, Michelle expressed, “She has supported me with providing inspiration and strategic marketing to complete and promote my new book, Rise and Shine! How to Live a Life of Resilience and Perform at Your Potential. Additionally, with Kelsea’s marketing suggestions and recommendations, I believe it has had an impact on my earning potential. I have made more income in my business this year than any other year and I truly believe that Kelsea’s support and guidance have made this possible…”
In the near future, Michelle hopes to expand her services beyond keynote speaking and coaching. She would like to create online courses on the topic of resilience to complement her new book and create a subscription program to offer a more dynamic and comprehensive learning experience for her clients.
Michelle is thankful for her partnership with PCV. She exclaimed, “Without them [PCV], I believe it would have taken me longer to attain some of my goals and attain some of the success that I have achieved. As a woman and minority business owner, having this support means a lot. This partnership has constantly reminded me that as long as I am willing to work for my hopes and dreams, PCV can provide a shoulder to lean on…Thank you PCV. You do make a difference!”
