Kenneth Kitahata

As the Senior Manager of Data & Analytics at Pacific Community Ventures (PCV), Kenneth works directly with the Lending and Business Advising product teams to connect them to their data. He leads the analysis and modeling of PCV’s user data to remove barriers for product adoption and identify opportunities for mission-aligned growth. He works closely with Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Communications, Grants, and PCV’s Lead Team to understand their analytics needs. He also oversees PCV’s data infrastructure to create standardized processes that ensure flow between our tech platforms, database, and business intelligence tools. 

Kenneth graduated from Oberlin College with Honors in Economics. He is interested in data for social impact and community development. He came to PCV with a background in data science, working at a CDFI in Hilo, Hawaii, and a microlender in Cambodia.
